Support in Hospital
Volunteers visit with clients in the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre and in St. Joseph's Hospital. Volunteers will continue to visit their clients if they are transferred from hospital to home, or to long term care, thus providing a continuity of care that is invaluable to enhancing quality of life.
