Circle of Friends The Circle of Friends support group is a unique program offered by Hospice Northwest, providing peer interaction for both persons living with chronic and life threatening illnesses and for their caregivers.

Grief & Bereavement Hospice Northwest, in partnership with the Alzheimer Society of Thunder Bay, is offering a support group for people that have experienced the death of a loved one.
