Terrace Bay/Schreiber

The North Shore Family Health Team hosts the Hospice Northwest program In Terrace Bay/Schreiber through a formalized written agreement. The McCausland Hospital provides office space and other in kind supports to sustain the program.

Support in home, hospital and long term care facilities is available in Terrace Bay, Schreiber, Jackfish, Rossport and Pays Plat. After an assessment by the coordinator, a volunteer is assigned to enhance quality of life for the client and assist the family at this stressful time. All services are provided at no cost to client and family.
