How to Donate

You can make a Memorial Donation or an In Celebration Gift online, by regular mail or by dropping by our office at 63 Carrie Street.

Donate Online

Hospice Northwest has partnered with CanadaHelps to facilitate safe and secure donations online. You will receive an official electronic donation receipt for income tax purposes immediately after making your donation. The CanadaHelps website provides a space to include a personal message and to indicate how you how you would like to dedicate your gift.

Donate by Mail

To donate by mail, simply complete the Memorial Donations Form or the In Celebration Donations Form and send it, along with a cheque made payable to Hospice Northwest to:

Donate Monthly

Become a monthly donor for as little as $5 per week or $20 per month. Tax receipts will be issued at the end of each calendar year for income tax purposes.
