The Regional Palliative Care Conference is a two day event being hosted by Hospice Northwest in Marathon. It is open to both Hospice Northwest volunteers and any other health care workers who wish to learn more about hospice palliative care.

    This interactive discussion will focus on the theme of Advance Care Planning and a personal planning tool called Don't Duck the Conversation. The Don't Duck guide was created as a way to help individuals get their ducks in a row and prepare in advance for the inevitable time when their lives will end.
