Geraldton

In Geraldton, the Geraldton District Hospital provides an office space and human resources to host the program.

Support in home and in acute and chronic care hospital settings is available in the community of Geraldton. After an assessment by the coordinator, a volunteer is assigned to enhance quality of life for the client and assist the family at this stressful time. All services are provided at no cost to client and family.
