Marathon

In Marathon, a partnership with Wilson Memorial General Hospital provides trained volunteers for clients in community or in the hospital setting. Clients with palliative or chronic illness are eligible for this service.

Education is a cornerstone of palliative care. In the community of Marathon, palliative care educational presentations are done by the coordinator, in French or English.

Volunteers are recruited and trained when needed. To inquire about the application process, please contact the coordinator.
